Join the Adolescent Community for their student-run production of the Lion King Jr. at the ArtsCenter in Carrboro. Drawing inspiration from sources such as Hamlet, The Hero’s Journey, and the Mali legend of Sundiata, this story tells the tale of a young lion cub who runs away from his troubles, only to realize that he must face his fears and accept responsibility for his destiny. The Adolescent class is very excited to share this work with our school community and we hope to see you at one or both of our performances: Tuesday, February 27 at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. Both performances will take place at The ArtsCenter – 300-G E Main St, Carrboro, NC.
